According to reports on Wednesday, the celebrity was able to return home for the Thanksgiving holiday, but had to be taken to the hospitaI by ambulance the next day. After Page Six and other media reported her father’s news, Al’s youngest daughter Layla took to Instagram to give an emotional update on the events of the past month.
“November photos – the parts of this month that were actually great,” she captioned a series of upbeat pictures. In one of the pictures she was with Alla, her mother Deborah Roberts, her brother Nick and her sister Courtney.
After checking in on her dad, fans sent the following comments: “I hope your dad is feeling well,” another said, “I love you!” and a third person added, “Praying for many good times and prayers for your family and your dad.
The well-known presenter of the Danas show has been absent from the show for several weeks due to health problems; however, he returned home on Thursday, November 24, just in time to celebrate the holidays with his loved ones.
According to Page Six, he was taken back to the hospitaI by ambulance less than 24 hours after being released. Despite this, he did not return to his waiting duties that same week, nor will he return to his duties the following week.
Deborah, the couple’s wife, reportedly drove her husband’s ambulance back to the hospital from their Upper East Side home.
Although Al keeps his Instagram page active by giving followers updates on his life, his most recent post was almost a week ago.
Deborah shared an update on Facebook, along with a photo taken from what appeared to be a hospitaI ward, showing the Rockefeller Christmas tree lit up on a TV.
